Site Plan Revision
Occasionally an owner wants to reevaluate their current site plans. For this Diamondhead, MS project, the decision was made when the ingress/egress point was no longer available. This plan decreased the number of lineal feet of road by nearly 2,000.
Although 6 lots were lost, the increase in aesthetics (lot value) and the decrease in construction costs still increased the net income of the project by 10%.
