This project is located on Landon Road just outside of the City Limits of Gulfport in Harrison County with close access to I-10, shopping, restaurants and entertainment. The first Phase contains 60 lots and was completed in late January 2023. Phase 2 construction on an additional 27 lots was completed in January 2024.

This project was put on hold for several years and the owner requested a "fresh look".
